A company working for
your time and your goals.
You should not need to sift through decades of learning research to find a way to study that fits your life. Encode Recall System™ brings useful findings into guidance and a guided paper journal you can use today.
We intend to keep learning from researchers and learners, offer practical free education, and improve our tools over time. Optional connected tools for tracking practice and progress are a future direction. The goal is to help you pursue what matters without giving up more of your present life than necessary.

Privacy Policy
Draft revised September 26, 2026 — for review
This Privacy Policy explains how Encode Recall System™ handles information connected with this website.
Information you provide
If you join our email list, we collect your email address and any preferences you choose to provide. If you contact support, we collect the information contained in your message and the contact information needed to reply.
Study experience feedback
If you choose to share a study difficulty, we collect what you enter so we can review patterns and improve guidance or tools. You may submit without giving an email address. If you ask for a reply or updates, we use the email address for the specific choices you select; a feedback submission alone does not enroll you in general marketing.
We may publish a summary of recurring issues after removing identifying details. We will ask separately before publishing an identifiable quotation or sharing a detailed personal submission for a specific research project. Public summaries can be read by anyone, including researchers; submitting does not send your original account to a university.
Information collected automatically
Our hosting and technical service providers may process limited technical information needed to deliver and secure the website, such as an IP address, browser type, device information, pages requested, and timestamps. If analytics or nonessential cookies are added later, this policy and any required consent controls will be updated before they are used.
How information is used
- To send requested product news, study resources, or other email updates.
- To respond to questions and provide customer support.
- To operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website.
- To comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.

These providers may use the information only to perform services for us. Information may also be disclosed when legally required, to protect safety or rights, or as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of business assets. Encode Recall System™ does not sell email-list information for money.
Email choices
Marketing emails will include an unsubscribe method. You may also request removal from the list by emailing support@encoderecall.com. Transactional or support messages may still be sent when necessary to answer a request.

The email list is intended for people age 13 or older and for parents or guardians. Encode Recall System™ does not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. A child under 13 should not join the email list or send personal information to us. If you believe a child under 13 has provided information, contact us so it can be reviewed and deleted.
Retention and security
Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, legal requirements, dispute resolution, and security. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your privacy requests
You may ask to access, correct, or delete information you provided, or withdraw from marketing communications, by emailing support@encoderecall.com. Rights can vary based on where you live and whether an applicable privacy law covers the request.
